I had been feeling bad for several days, but over the weekend I felt like I couldn't wait until my regular doctor's appointment the following week. This was a Sunday afternoon. I used Sesame successfully a couple years ago and decided to log back in and give it a try. I chose a provider in my state who could see me the soonest. I chose Blessing Chimenga. About an hour out. Blessing was very understanding and empathetic towards my condition. She immediately called in prescriptions to the pharmacy of my choice. Excellent experience using Sesame and provider Blessing Chimenga. Where else can you get patient care and relief like this on a Sunday?

Provider wanted to use her own specific pharmacy. I wanted to use mine. She has repeatedly messed up sending the prescription to my pharmacy for eight days now. Customer service is nonexistent. Edit: was contacted by cs rep with inappropriate icon of a loli hentai (porn) anime girl who basically told me I'd have to start all over again with customer service because she didn't read any of my former emails. I had to send all my information over again. I hate this company and come Tuesday, if it's not resolved, I'll be filling a chargeback with them on my credit card and contacting the OHA and the federal health care fraud branch because this is clear negligence and fraud

They do not provide evidence based care. They offer people 2nd and 3rd line treatments that don’t work as well instead of 1st line treatments that are based in research. They also advertise as providing naltrexone and then won’t provide it, but will happily take your money. False advertising and bad medical care. People with AUD shouldn’t have to jump through hoops to get treatment that actually works. I will tell all of my patients, family and friends to avoid this company. My husband also began to receive large amounts of spam immediately after signing up for this, which makes me suspicious about their privacy practices. Edit: I did reach out to the email address provided for support and have not heard back, so the response to this is nonsense.

No price gouging from SesameRX. Sesame really makes the other pharmaceutical companies look like the absolute clowns that they are.

Your organization has a responsibility to ensure that patients receive timely and appropriate care. Failing to do so can have serious consequences for patients' health and well-being. I understand. In that case, you can modify the message to reflect that you did not cancel the second appointment and would like to request a refund for both. I did not cancel my second appointment, but due to the inconvenience and lack of trust caused by the missed appointment with Kathleen Maccoy NP, I am requesting a full refund for both appointments. I expect a prompt refund and a formal apology. Additionally, I would like to request a complimentary consultation with a qualified healthcare professional who can provide the necessary care and support for my gout management. I expect a prompt response and resolution to this matter. I will be following up with your office to ensure that these demands are met. I am also considering seeking legal action to hold your organization accountable for this negligence.

Traci the provider was excellent. She was prompt, she listened well to my concerns and came up with a good treatment plan. I really like Sesame and I’ve told family members about it and they have also had excellent experiences. Traci also texted me back quickly when I had a follow up question.
