First appointment, the doctor asked to delay the time, she only refill 30 days instead of usually 90 days pills (high blood pressure). Second appointment, she did not show up after 30min late and she did not let me know. So I pay 2 times more the pills when getting only 30 pills. Catch : they want to cash money every 30 days just to refill prescription. That's how I felt. And for today, they refund and no compensation for the fact I waited 30 min for no reason. Bad experience. Will update review if they make it right. Last thing they diagnostic I am a femele and not a male. Weird.

Rude provider who didn’t listen to a word I said and seemed to take joy in telling me no. Waste of time and money

I appreciated the Dr and his assistance. However the script was sent to wrong pharmacy. I had updated prior to visit and he stated the correct pharmacy. I had difficulty then getting transfered to a pharmacy near me.

Hello, I hope this review will help you in deciding whether to try online care or not, I am a real patient. I have a regular primary care physician and to get in to see her takes weeks and weeks. This service was a blessing, it was very easy to make an appointment and to be seen quickly. Visits have always been on time when scheduled, no sitting in a waiting area for an hour then the exam room before seen. When you are sick the last thing wanted is to sit in a waiting area and then an exam room, then there is the drive back and forth, then the wait for the prescriptions to be called in. My experience with Sesame: The PA was attentive, and things were talked through. I really felt like we were in the same room. The only difference was I wasn't touched, there really wasn't anything that was missed, I can do my own vital signs and report them to the PA and she or he can see you. So, unless you need someone to poke at your belly and for them to feel something this is a wonderful system. And to be honest, they have probably thought that out also, it just didnt need to be addressed in my visit. On top of all that the cost is a fraction of what I usually pay to see my Doc. Prescriptions were sent in while I was on the video call so there was no down time having to wait to get started on antibiotics etc. Being a nurse, I see both sides of patient care and I can say I feel grateful for this service and the reasonable cost. Thank you

Awful experiences all around. First time, the doctor couldn't prescribe to my pharmacy because he couldn't find it, and I had to go through a refund process. A few months later, gave it one more try, and another doctor prescribed me less than a fifth of the dosage quantity I needed to control my medication, even though she agreed to prescribing me the full amount and stated that she had done so. I can't even contact her again at all without paying a $25 dollar fee just to have a chance at texting her for just 4 days. Customer support stated that a refund cannot be processed because an assessment was completed and that is what I paid for, even though the assessment was non-functional because she prescribed me the incorrect amount despite her assessment. Go somewhere else and pay the extra $10-$15, it's worth not taking a gamble here and then having to go through awful customer support when it doesn't work out.

First time ever using attempted to book with an MD, and he was instantly unavailable after I made payment. Then I chose an RN I was successfully booked and shared all of my information. The visit is due to a Covid19 rash. They canceled because that’s outside of the scope of the clinician Abilities. If they can’t take care of rashes, then what do they handle? Runny noses. Maybe they’ll prescribe a Kleenex. Don’t waste your time money, and the information you provide to them.

I wanted the opportunity to let you know how pleased I am with your services, especially Doctor Neda Watanabe! I am a working mom, always on the go, and have an 11 son. He has always been very healthy, but for the last 3 months he has had some medical issues. I found Sesame online and thought I would give it a try. I was very impressed. I booked with Dr Neda Watanable, as she had availability for a same day appointment, with time slots that really fit a working mom's schedule. She logged into our Telemed appt., exactly at the time she specified and had the most amazing bedside manner. My son does not warm up easily, but he felt very comfortable talking with her. She explained everything to both of us and really impressed me. She really cares for her patients and you could feel this. I wanted to share my great experience and say Kudos to Neda Watanabe, she is an absolute asset to Sesame and the medical world. Since our first appointment went so well, I have scheduled with her every time we have needed a pediatrician. I refuse to see anyone else, as she is simply amazing and has surpassed all my expectations. I will be using Sesame for all his and my future doctor appointments . Thank you!!!! Vashti L. Dolan
