Eve before a holiday, most urgent care closing and needed to see a doc asap for possible infection. Logged in, book an appt to see a doc within 30 mins, told of my symptoms, and he was able to prescribe me med, and electronically send my prescription to pharmacy of choice asap.

I have seen two providers at Sesame and both were a problem. The first provider gave me an antibiotic that I had a horrible reaction to and the second was unable to be reached after the initial appointment, again, when issues needed to be resolved. Both were very minor UTI situations that are normally resolved elsewhere with no complications. Also, the patient needs to be provided contact information for the provider, as this should be mandatory if one is providing medical treatment. Additionally, customer service continued to ask for more money and appointments in lieu of correcting their errors.
