I paid what is good money to me for an appointment. Within 3 minutes of the appointment the provider told me she doesn't prescribe Clomid to men. Perhaps a little bit of effort on her part by looking at her next appointment before accepting my money would have been helpful. Would have been helpful if sesame was clear about what their providers will not do. To cover her behind, she kept on taking detours in the conversation. I clearly stated that I was hoping for the prescription for Ed, depression and anxiety. She didn't want to talk about that at all and just wanted to talk about how she could provide me with Viagra. On top of that she was accusing me of going to Google. What am I supposed to do drive down the highway and look for a billboard?

Hello, Thanks for reaching out and I do apologize for your negative experience! I completely understand your frustration here and your concerns. Rest assured, we do not take patient feedback lightly, so thank you for taking the time to articulate it to me. Feedback like this allows us to accumulate data to see how frequently these kinds of issues occur and the impact these issues have on potential and existing patients. Each time a patient reports a provider complaint, we take note and bring that information to our Provider Success team so that any appropriate action may be taken. Please let me know if you have any additional questions or concerns.
