The provider was friendly, this made me felt more comfortable. He was more concerned about my health, he encouraged me to do some lab work and follow up with him in a month's time. Sent a link already for follow-up once I am ready. Love his smile during the virtual visit.

Booked the doctor visit and paid for it of course before the visit they make you pay for it. Their doctor never showed up and since this company has absolutely no way to contact their customer service except just email them and wait a few weeks to get back to them it's basically just theft. Do not use this service it is a complete sham and bordering on a scam. There is no way to be sure your doctor will be there at your appointment but you will pay for it anyway. One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with avoid at all costs and do not believe the positive reviews. I'm sure if everything goes good it's a happy experience but if you have a problem they have zero customer service and that's what's important for a company and this company has none.

The Dr called early. He was attentive. He listened and helped me exactly as needed.
