This was my first time using Sesame and I loved how convenient and easy it was. Kathryn listened to my concerns and put a prescription in right away. I will definitely use her again!

The provider listened to the facts, understood them and provided a viable solution. I liked being able to get a same day appointment and a half hour later getting a prescription sent to the pharmacy of my choice.

Today was my second appointment with Shauna and I can say how grateful I’m to be her patient and I will continue to have all my appointments possible only with her. Shauna is an amazing lady, so knowledgeable, extremely smart, professional, kind, caring, friendly and a wonderful mentor for me! Shauna helped me so much with all my health issues and gave me perfect answers that honestly I didn’t receive from other providers before ! I’m grateful to Shauna and she definitely put a huge smile on my face and makes me confident and I totally believe that I will be healthy and happy again thanks to her tremendous support!! Joseph was great and so easy to talk to! He listened to all my symptoms and I think hit the nail on the head. My prescriptions were sent while on the call with him so no waiting on that either! I will definitely be using him in the future and have already recommended him to friends and family!

Doctor was very nice and easy to talk to. Explained everything to me in very simple words.

This company showed a lot of promise because why would Costco endorse if it wasn’t good? The big thing is that once you are done with your appointment that is the last time you will hear from your doctor, they offer a message your provider option but the provider doesn’t respond even though it’s promised in 24 hours. So if you need a prior authorization approved forget it. The provider also doesn’t check if your insurance covers the medication they are providing they just throw anything out to see if it sticks. Waste of time and money.
