I had an appointment and the Doctor was pleasant BUT the platform is AWFUL. I had my appointment and my doctor said he would prepare Lab Orders for blood work. I paid for the Lab Orders and for the last couple days it reads Lab Orders will be ready for download in a few moments. Two days later I realized I have no way of asking for help unless I pay a fee that allows me to text Doctor for 4 days. All I want to know is where are the Lab Orders. It cost me $19.00 to send that text.

Dr Murillo is always understanding and comfortable to talk to. Prescriptions are always sent correctly.

The doctor was beyond helpful. He took the time to hear my symptoms and explained the medications he chose and why. I’ve never felt more supported by a doctor. Will definitely go back to him if I need anything!

I. requested a refund for an appointment I made about one hour from the time of the appointment. I wasn't aware of the 48-hour cancellation policy, but I would like my money returned as I needed an appointment ASAP, and then I didn't. I realize now there is a 48-hour cancellation policy -but I didn't make it 48 hours in advance. Is there a way to get a refund?

Professional, affordable and detailed. He did a great job and provided good care instructions. He was able to get the prescription sent to our local pharmacy. Will use again when needed
