I spoke with Dr. Kathleen on the phone. She speaks clearly and softly, making it easy for someone like me with an English barrier to understand. She prescribed the medicine I needed, and I was able to pick it up at the store within an hour. I hope the medicine will work well, and I hope I will feel better soon.

From start to finish this whole experience was nothing short of exceptional! Beginning with how easy it was to book an appointment the process smooth and simple. Ms. Wasif listened to my concerns and didn't make me feel bad for my health problems. She was kind and understanding. When I accidentally scheduled the wrong month for a follow-up, Alexa was able to refund my payment within a few hours. The best part about Sesame is how affordable it is! There were no hidden fees and as someone without insurance, I am very cost-conscious. Sesame makes basic care affordable.

This was a great experience. I signed up, and chose an appt. for 2:45 pm. The physician was on camera exactly at 2:45 pm. I didn't have to wait. He confirmed certain info and within 10 min or so, we were done. I'm traveling so he sent my prescription to the CVS in my area. CVS sent me a text confirming prescription and within 45 min I recieved another notice that my prescription was filled. How cool was that! Wonderful experience. I will be calling on Sesamecare again.

Dr. Ikechukwu Ogbu was responsive to my situation, thorough in his questioning and feedback and patient during technical issues with my web connection. I will be booking future appointments with him. I highly recommend him.
