My provider prescribed medicine for me on 5/7. I was told this morning that it would ship on Monday, 5/26, which means that it will arrive THREE WEEKS AFTER THE MEDICINE WAS PRESCRIBED!! I don’t know any pharmacy that takes that long to deliver medication.

Had a great experience

I tried their service and was connected to their online Dr service. This went well and I went on their monthly plan. After the first month they sent out a note that I needed to move to a 3 or 6 month plan which I declined. I reached out to the Dr to make her aware that I am canceling which she responded back. I was just charged $249 for another month and when I contacted Sesame they indicated that I did not cancel from them and the Dr service was different..even though they make it appear everything is the same. They said they would refund the money only to refund a partial amount $149. So I lost $100 for what?? I would stay away from this company due to too many hidden agenda’s by the company….

Very caring and sympathetic. She listened to me. Knowledgeable. I won’t hesitate to pick Jackie Morgan again for my health concerns.

Tallin goes the extra mile to help out. I had some issues outside of Seasame (i insurance and pharmacy) that she helped my navigate on top of assisting me with health issues. Tallin and Seasame have been great for an a team truck driver who has neither the time nor capability to get into the Doctor's office during the weekdays.

Customer service is terrible . Different answer everytime you call . However, Achie Eneh is WONDERFUL. She always takes the time to answer emails and takes her time with every virtual visit . She is knowledgeable and easy to speak with .

Dr Mayoral seemed to be a kind thoughtful person. He was on time, asked questions, and listened. I will use this service again when I need it. Bravo for listening and hearing!!! Thank you
