I was very happy with sesame until they changed their “success by Sesame” program and trapped us into buying 3,6,or 12 months upfront. I am having horrible side effects but I spent 747.00 on 3 months. Now I have to stick with it due to financial output.

I like the convenience of the online appointments. My provider, Tallin Martirossian Patterson, is great. Weight loss is a very sensitive subject for many. It isn't easy to discuss. However, with Tallin Martirossian Patterson, there is absolutely no shame or embarrassment during an appointment. She is knowledgeable and listens to your concerns. She is just a pleasant and kind human.

Terrible company that dropped the ball in successfully entering a weightloss script for me. After more than 3 weeks, they finally did it even though I told them I don't want to use their services anymore and charged me for 2 unfruitful visits. I will not be using their services ever again. Which is a shame, for $89 they didn't want to refund me, they lost a customer as I worked with one of their providers for a different health concern... so too bad on them for not understanding the value of a customer.

The convenience and affordability of telehealth when you don’t have insurance is paramount. This was my first experience with Sesame health. Cameron Grant was my provider and he was wonderful. Thorough, quick, convenient, and I felt heard. He recommended appropriate meds which were ready within 30 min of my appointment! I plan on utilizing his expertise again in the future! Thank you!
