The worst medical care I have ever received in my entire life. Avoid this company at all costs. The doctor tried to tell me I was prescription shopping then the unbelievably unhelpful and very rude customer service agent (ROTEL) made no sense. I could barely understand what she was saying and she did nothing to help me except make me even more frustrated. If you invest in this garbage fire of a sham company STOP. If you are considering contacting them for help with anything DON'T. Their web chat doesn't work at all, their providers are terrible and their customer service reps do not speak any English so unless you speak their language, don't expect to get a coherent response. If you still want to explore this company - that's confusing, but ok. Please prepare for the following wild ride of a journey through levels of incompetence one could only imagine exist: filling out the same assessment over and over and over again, followed by a late doctor showing up and not helping you at all (bonus points, after a barrage of accusations about your character, you'll feel worse than before the appointment), followed by trying to contact customer for support for...wait for it...SUPPORT and having a nonsensical conversation about who knows what because you and the "support" person were speaking different languages, then being told you have to pay for the appointment even though you were a no-show (hmmm, pretty sure I was there but wtf do I really know at this point), followed by being turned down for a refund because guess who has to approve it...yes, you guessed it, the man of the hour, the doctor I mentioned 250 angry click clacks ago.

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM scam artists, talked to the provider for less then a couple of minutes, was told I would have a doctor's note, didn't receive a doctor's note, my work said they would fire me if I didn't come to work sick, THEY WOULDNT REFUND EVEN THOUGH THEY DIDNT PROVIDE A DOCTORS NOTE SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM

Jon Woolverton, NP was absolutely amazing. He listened to my concerns, was thoughtful, demonstrated sound medical decision making (as a medical professional myself, he was absolutely better than many MDs), very promptly sent my prescription to the proper pharmacy. Absolutely amazing. Complete night and day difference between him and an MD provider I visited using the Sesame platform. Sesame as a platform itself is very good as well. Very smooth and easy to navigate process with VERY reasonable prices without insurance.

He's always so nice to me. I choose him on purpose.

She was on time and had a pleasant attitude. She asked about what I was experiencing and was able to prescribe medication to help me. The appointment was quick.

I have had a great experience both times I’ve used Sesame. Dr. Grant truly cares about his patients. He took the time to listen to my health issue. His advice has led to a major turn around in my overall health. Thank you for taking my health issue serious and attacking the problem with proper medications. Will be referring Dr. Cameron Grant to family and friends.

provider failed to call and both of my medication‘s only one was called in then it had to be changed from Walmart to Walgreens, which cost me more money $10 more to buy one of my meds when usually it was $10 less to get both of my meds at Walmart
