Dr. Tawfeek is always kind, helpful and sends in my prescriptions promptly. At my most recent appointment, he helped me secure my prescription at a much lower cost which was so nice of him.

I approached them for a consultation and they did not even treat my ailment despite my answering the questionnaire prior to the appointment. $79 was charged for nothing and then they billed me another $79 for a membership that I immediately canceled and they still refuse to refund any of it. I do not recommend them and I would be careful what you sign up for -not to be trusted!!!

It was very easy to make an appointment. Doctors are very thorough and on time. Sometimes the sound on the app drops, but overall a very nice experience.
