I was a bit skeptical. But I scheduled an appointment for sleep loss due to loosing my oldest son. I have Kaiser but they would only prescribe Hydroxyzine which did nothing to help me sleep. I was able to get an appointment the same night within the hour. And then I was able to pick my medication up at CVS 35 minutes later. Would definitely use again.

I made an appointment to get a prescription from Sesame on June 27th for my acne medication. As I'm signing up to just get an appointment it says $59 plus $10 so I'm like oh ok. One time charge of $59 and I talked to the doctor for less than 15 minutes on the phone and got my prescription. Everything was fine till I saw I got charged again like a healthcare subscription from Sesame care... which I haven't used at ALL since getting my prescription. This is a very predatory business tactic to implement and for the customer care associate that I spoke to about this issue, they did absolutely nothing to help. I explained my issue and they took forever to respond + gave me information that didn't make any sense. My provider said I had 12 refills the same day I talked to her. NOT THAT I WAS PAYING $59 A MONTH NOT EVEN FOR THE ACTUAL PRESCRIPTION?? THE MEDICATION COST ISNT INCLUDED IN THAT SO WTF AM I PAYING $59 FOR? NOT AN APPOINTMENT OR A PRESCRIPTION. I'm getting charged for f** all. Refund the $59 charge I was recently charged and ensure I still have 10-11 more months worth of refills as i was told via my provider on the phone.

Sesame has never disappointed. Website is easy to navigate. I quickly made an appointment and within 15 minutes I was on a call with a provider. My prescriptions were sent within minutes. And today I’m feeling much better because of my experience with Sesame. Highly recommend!

Dr was very efficient and super fast on getting the anti biotic for my illness to the pharmacy.

... but I couldn't be more happy about the results from my appointment. Within less than an hour after scheduling the appointment I was able to go to the pharmacy and pick up my prescription. The doctor knew what he was talking about, was able to give me advice and understood my health concerns and symptoms. I highly recommend trying sesame out.
