I wouldn’t even give 1 star I did not sign up for a membership and I was charged $99.00 I only saw someone once and paid for that visit. When I called sesame I spoke with a very unhelpful person who said they would not refund my money/ they sent me something saying to book with a provider but I said no…. This is not an honorable company STAY AWAY obviously their reputation is not worth $99.00

Be careful of deceitful billing practices. I used this as a one-time service, but their website listed my membership as “free basic” while I continued to be charged. When I called, they canceled my account but refused to reimburse me. Terrible customer service. They make it VERY difficult to cancel and provide no clear instructions on how to do so. The service itself was also impersonal and completely rushed and provided no help for my anxiety besides prescribing a glorified dose of Benadryl. Avoid at all costs.

Dr. Kohl is always on time for appointments and never makes one feel rushed. He is attentive and thorough. I highly recommend Dr. Mitchell Kohl.

It’s easy to set an appt. There are lots of providers to chose from. Several have great reviews from patients. The nurse practitioner I saw was easy to talk to and she got the meds I needed ordered quickly. I have had an appt with her before and was happy with her bedside manner and help.

I needed a Doctor appointment in order to get an updated script for my meds. I didn't need any changes. So convenient to make an appointment from my chair at home and be "seen" within the hour. Saved me time and money. I will most definitely continue to do my future appointments this way.
