Annalise was patient kind and helpful even though I wasn't very nice- after having been fighting for approx 6mos to get my mortgage corrected - she didn't lose her cool and was polite the whole call - she's a Rockstar!!

It took me 2 days to build up the courage to call because of an issue I was having. Luz was the lady that assisted me and I am so thankful. She helped me understand the options I had and honestly it felt like she really cares. My home is everything to me. I am single with no children so my house is the number one priority in my life. I feel so much better about my situation and I'm so thankful to have my mortgage at Servbank.
