Their customer service is excellent. I received my order but the shade was too light for me. I contacted customer service and two emails later they had sent me a new shade telling me to gift the unopened box I had. I’m waiting for my parcel but couldn’t be happier with the service.

I am still waiting for my order. It says it was delivered on the 22nd. We’re on the 24th and there is absolutely nothing in my mailbox. It’s not in my front door. It’s not in back of my garage is not at my neighbors house. It’s nowhere to be found and I have sent several emails to them to the company and they have an email me. It’s only been 24 hours, but I’m still very upset because I’ve been waiting for this. I was excited to use it.

While we can see that the tracking shows your package as delivered on the 22nd, it’s possible that the carrier may have left it in a less obvious spot or delivered it to a nearby address by mistake. Not as described, very light coverage and definitely not full coverage . Applicator is useless and the foam pad came off during first use . Also advised they have sent a duplicate order , charged me and yet nothing in my account to say order has been placed and no response from customer service.

The product doesn’t provide any where near the coverage that is advertised. It also gives me spots. I got in touch about a refund - they offered a different shade which of course does not address my concerns. Following this, no reply. Don’t bother with it.

I absolutely love this product! It makes my skin look so healthy and moisturized. At 52, this is amazing on aging skin. You will glow from within, with medium coverage that is buildable. I mix the medium and the light together to get my perfect combo. You can’t beat the price or the customer service. They have THE BEST customer service! Shipping issues happen but they made everything right. 10/10 recommend.

The customer service is second to none. It was a shame as I didn’t reduce Withey I ordered, however within 3 email exchanges I received a new order with the correct shades. Just awaiting delivery now but cannot fault the customer service department.
