I received my order within 2 wks which was good. The product itself did not provide enough coverage to hide my freckles no matter how much I applied and I’m not going for the caked on look. It’s dissappointing.

Excellent communication and service.

They took my money! I emailed them for a refund because I never got the product and they replied with a tracking order and I still till this day never got my product. They are still refusing my refund although I reached out for it within 2 weeks!! This is a scam DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Their customer service is excellent, I ordered a shade that didn’t fit my skin and they were diligent and very helpful helping me to chose the correct one for my ski. The product is good and does not feel heavy on my skin

The customer support is amazing. They get back to you so quickly. I had chosen a shade that didn't suit me, and they worked with me until I found a shade that matched my skin. They stand by their color match guarantee, and if you aren't satisfied with the color, they will help you choose another and all without charging you extra. Now this cc cream is not high coverage, fyi. It is very light and smoothes out your skin, and great for people who want to look like they have nothing on their skin.

Unfortunately I did not see results with a product I tried. But Serentia was able to make me happy and gave me a partial discount. Thank you to Kim who helped me tremendously.
