The return policy is not "Worry-free" at all
If I could give a ZERO rating, I would. They have not tried to provide me with any assistance for a return, so I feel robbed of my $108. The return policy is not "Worry-free" as advertised. I tried to return due to being a gift and the recipient not liking the style, and was met with resistance the entire time and I am not out over $108 and left with a product I can't use. The return policy also states that if you return due to personal preference, there is a $7.99 return fee, the return shipping is at the expense of the customer and a 60% restocking fee is charged. Doesn't sound like they really want anyone to return their items. Their responses are slow, then they point out the time frames have been reached. Their is nothing stating that this company is actually in Scottsdale Arizona either. The replies come in my inbox in the early morning EST, and that would mean they only reply after midnight, and that seems more likely they are overseas and not in the US. If you order, I hope you like what you receive, because you are stuck with it !!!
