I've had mostly great experiences at stores and online it's always been good. Only complaint is in NYC when I went to 3 different stores hoping to get a perfume sample and they were ALL out of sample containers! Other than that, it's a fun place to go and try things out, very good brands on display.

They really screwed up my order, but after emailing them they fixed it and sent me a new piece really fast.

The worst web experience ever this people are a scam they have no customer service skills and send no products and on top they keep your money and send you a fake tracking number and if you call to cancel your order they will tell you they can't ahh and how about the two day shipping not working delivery scam?? they need to be under investigation since they keep peoples money and that is stealing what a joke of a website i thought sephora was a respectable name but i see i was wrong !

Their customer service is the worst ever. They are too slow in responding and most of their agents will always misunderstand your issue then it will a few days for them to be able to address the issue properly. I don't get it why Sephora who has lots of money can't properly find better support for their customers who's spending heaps of money.

they sure have exclusive brand such as Kat Von D where you cannot find anywhere beside their stores. However, I have bad experience shopping through their website (NZ). One day I find at front page that they have promo on free liner/pouch on shopping on KVD, but when you click on the KVD page on Sephora, it was not said any detail code or whatever, so I just shop assuming I will get the gift anyway. Next day I checked the website, now they put the code of what free items you want to get! I contacted their customer service and got answers in about two days, saying that it was too late and sorry if I have heard the promo before. Well, it is not rumour of the freebie but you guys already put the advert on front page and should be responsible to it isn't it? I know it's only a small gift, just pissing me off for not being responsible of what you've advert, talking about good customer service!!

Sephora has the best product selection across all product categories from hair care to skincare to makeup products and their website is very easy to use. 2 day flash shipping for just $10 is great too. Their rewards program is amazing and they have been continuously improving it as well.

If you are new to makeup i highly recommend Sephora they have great products for great prices i went there and they are ind also when you buy stuff they will put samples in your bag for you to try! I think Sephora is a great fun place and you can try all the products.
