How this has such a low score, I don’t know. With the help of Sephora online, I reached Sephora VIB Rouge status! I’m so excited. Sephora online is great because I have free shipping NO MATTER how inexpensive (yes, my 3$ sponge ships FREE!) and I always get 3 free samples! Not to mention I can spend my points or rack them up as I please! I’ve got just over 2000 now, so I’m excited. Sephora is EVERYTHING!

Ho ordinato un profumo (72€) per un compleanno, non arrivato in tempo facendo una brutta figura e dover comprare un altro non da un negozio sephora, dopo più di una settimana chiamo il servizio clienti ( spendo più di 15 euro per le chiamate), passano ancora giorni mi fanno il rimborso, arriva il pacco (16 giorni) e io devo fare un bonifico o portarlo in un negozio perché nessuno viene a ritirarlo. Tempo perso, non dire il costo della benzina per andare a riportarlo. Mai mai mai più

Very bad experience. I have placed an order since 3/11/17 and still hasn't arrived. Very pour customer service. Products are out of stock. Never buying again.

Kunde man lämna 0 stjärnor så skulle jag göra det. Riktigt dåligt service på kundtjänsten. För att lämna tillbaka ett paket måste man betala över 300kr eftersom det måste skickas tillbaka som företagsbrev, vilket dom inte berättade när man prata med dom på kundservicen. När jag skickade tillbaka mitt som ett vanligt spårbart brev som dom sa i kundservicen så fick ja betala 140kr för att skicka det och sedan skickade dom tillbaka det och för att då ta emot paketet igen kostade det 110kr, och sedan skulle jag behöva skicka om det för 300kr. Alltså kostade det för mig 550kr bara för att returna min foundation. VÄRDELÖST är det ända jag har att säga. BESTÄLL ALDRIG HÄRIFRÅN. Fick inte med någon retursedel heller. Usch för sephora.se! I’ve been shopping at sephora both online and in store (in two different states in USA) for over 5 years, I’ve spent so much money with them that achieved their useless “vib” and “rouge” status. Since I moved to NY, I noticed that no one working at sephora (Manhattan stores)likes to have to help you finding items, or answering questions... perhaps the amount of costumers they get annoys them so much that they just give the pigeon treatment to everyone, not mentioning the sporadic security harassment. Sephora rewards program is awful, always offering drop size samples and whenever something interesting is offered, is never available and they give you whatever you didn’t ask for to make you just leave. Sometimes samples situation online is better (non existent in stores) but is useless to pick your preferences since they’ll send you whatever pleases them that you might never use since doesn’t even match your skin needs/color. They mess up shippings (sending wrong colors, missing items, splitting shipments, taking twice the delivery time...) not to mention their packages are ridiculously environmentally unfriendly, such a waste of big boxes for little items. In my opinion Sephora got so popular that they don’t even care about their patrons anymore. I rather patronize glossier, elf, urban outfitters or Ulta and feel better about where I put my so hard earned money. Patronizing companies like Sephora just makes me angry. I was ok paying their ridiculous prices for over 5 years, but enough is enough, there’s too many companies out there doing a better job.

Il servizio clienti non risponde più. Il numero di telefono risulta inesistente o non più attivo e le mail tornano al mittente. ATTENZIONE Io ovviamente non acquisterò più da loro. Nel frattempo stanno tenendo bloccati i miei soldi per un ordine che hanno annullato loro. NON FIDATEVI PIÙ
