Zwei Produkte bestellt am Blackfriday, jedoch hat sich nach 3 Tagen meine Bestellung von selbst gelöscht. Miese Masche des Onlineshops! Meidet dieses Onlineportal!

When I order online everything arrives quickly and with no problems whatsoever. When I shop at the store, I have to admit not all the workers are friendly or want to actually help but sell. But a few good ones there. I needed help matching my foundation, a new one from Laura Mercier and the sales associate was helpful and tried several ones until we got the right match. I had told her about my Nordstrom experience, they would give just a whatever color and it was so off, it made me look too tan and when I’m not tan I’m light-ish. So I was glad when she took her time. I’ve had no problems with returning items that have given me a bad reaction, those items were color correctors, skincare or foundation or primers and they didn’t hesitate to accept the return.

Il sito online fa acqua da tutte le parti, sarà un caso ma quando ci sono gli sconti non funziona mai nulla.. oggi con il cyber monday con un ordine di 300 euro non sono riuscito ad acquistare provandoci tutto il giorno servizio pessimo . Ho acquistato tutto da Douglas online senza problemi.. mi dispiace ma é la pura verità .

Poor customer service, I bought a defective product online and two weeks ago they do not answer me and no one answers the phone

Pessimo lo shopping online. Ho effettuato 4 ordini avendo ricevuto dei codici sconto validi online, in vari periodi dell'anno, e tutte le volte l'ordine mi è stato annullato. Non può essere un caso, quindi mi viene da pensare che questi codici sconto siano una bufala!

Im Onlineshop werden schlechte Produkt- Bewertungen nicht akzeptiert und es wird behauptet es habe nichts mit dem Produkt zu tun, als ich es nochmal versucht habe wurde die Bewertung veröffentlicht aber kurz darauf gelöscht.. kein Wunder haben alle Produkte so gute Bewertungen! Kaufe lieber bei ehrlichen Shops...

Es tut mir leid das ich so bewerte, aber ich hab so oft schon versucht online zu bestellen, funktioniert aber nicht. Meine Warenkorb wird von selbst entleert. Bin sehr entäuscht.

Horrible customer service. In store return policy only 30 days even when you buy online and it takes two weeks to get to you. I don’t live near a Sephora and don’t want to spend money mailing back something I already spent money on purchasing that didn’t work for me. Most beauty places have a much more understanding return policy. I was informed of your return policy through two nasty store associates. Won’t be shopping Sephora again.
