SephoraReviews of sephora.com

Customer service does not exists. Parcel still hasn't arrived after almost 3 weeks Not happy...... Better to shop else where..carrier is trying to help but Sephora just gives an automated message and asks to email....Already have done that!!

Just came back from Sephora shop in Ras al Khaimah(Al Hamra mall)in the United arab emirates....one of the worst customer service ever, the ladies treat customers without any manners, and try continuously to sell you something very expensive and that has nothing to do with what you are looking for...not to mention that after spending a considerable amount of money,at the request of some samples they reply they didnt have any....you are kidding right?Awful

Good experience so far, I like my new lipstick ❤️

Abito a Vicenza, in centro città abbiamo uno store sephora.

Absolutely atrocious! Placed an order via the app and something obviously went wrong as 2 of the same item were added instead of one. Immediately messaged to cancel the double up. It is extremely difficult to get hold of anyone as they have a permanent message saying they can’t take calls. Chat function is only a bot and contact form is slow. They refuse to cancel the double item and refuse to refund if it is returned. Since the item was getting shipped direct to the recipient of a secret Santa - and they don’t live anywhere near a store this is now double the $ spent for something no one needs 2 of! Well guess what.. I will never shop at Sephora again. I don’t shop with companies that have so little regard for their customers. I will of course tell everyone I know about this experience to warn others not to support such a arrogant business with a complete lack of service!

I bought makeup while on vacation came home to the store here on Alameda in Aurora Colorado ask to exchange a eyeliner and lipstick which hadn’t had but for a week or two. She and her name is Taylor continue to tell me she couldn’t do it even when I told her that it is in the system I could give the number and there is where the receipt was she lied said policy changed a month ago. I had to go 30 minutes out of my way to get good customer service it was fast and easy once I got there. Taylor is in the wrong profession if she is not willing to stand by your products she needs to get another job.

In October I ordered some sale items from Sephora.com & got my purchases in a very reasonable amount of time and with some great bonus items (I really appreciate the fact that Sephora puts all the codes for discounts & freebies right on their site). Then I ordered even more items on Black Friday and I'm still waiting for them! They send me an update every day saying it's coming, but I've still got nothing. Plus all the decent bonuses were gone. Very disappointed.
