Ordinato un cofanetto il 22.06 siamo al 4.07 non e arrivato ancora niente,servizio inutile non sanno darti una risposta!!!mai piu!!

Sephora ha chiuso con me. Non cambiano i prodotti sebbene intonsi e acquistati da poche ore, non rispettano gli accordi come, per esempio, il regalo di compleanno di 30 euro, il servizio clienti non esiste. Nel negozio di Padova centro il personale è scortese e incompetente. Per fortuna esistono altri negozi del settore e anche le tradizionali profumerie, molto più generose e puntuali!

If I could give zero stars, I would! I have shopped with Sephora in Europe for years, although always in stores. Since moving to Canada and now with covid, I have tried to order my favourite products online - placed an order 3 times and all three times they cancelled it due to “unsuccessful payment authorization”. I mean, I buy things online with same details from other retailers all the time and have never heard that before! And when I contacted the customer service, they couldn’t care less to lose a potential customer! “We apologize for the inconvenience.” And that was all! Hugely disappointed as I used to think of Sephora as a reputable business but now I will go and spend my money somewhere where it’s welcomed and will tell my friends the same.

Had over 700 points that I had been saving for a long time and went to Sephora the other day and they told me that my points were deleted because I had not bought anything in awhile. Those were my earned points .Very unfair.

Orders received! It's well-packaged and the transaction was smooth. The products are affordable but some are out of stock. Maybe they can get more stocks to their products.

Pessimo negozio! Con la scusa del covid (ormai presente soltanto nelle nostre menti traumatizzate dalla schizofrenica informazione scientifica) NON sostituiscono, quantunque intonsi, i prodotti acquistati. Piu' che una (discutibile) precauzione, sembra una "policy" per fregare i clienti. Fortemente sconsigliato. Il personale del negozio (L.go Cherubini a Miano), tuttavia, si e' mostrato cortese.

Capisco i problemi del covid ma ho già detto alla commessa che mi serve UN MASCARA, ho detto la marca e quale voglio, dentro c’è solo una cliente, fuori c’è caldo e sono incinta... ma vi pare?
