This store charged me for the order that never been placed due to a billing address mistake. And I have to wait up to 7 business days for the money to drop back to my bank account. Like, what***? They charged me in one second and never gave me a chance to place order but I have to wait for money to reach back my account for weeks? Really? Your service is hilarious nonsense and joke. Never again I'm going to have any deals with you. UPD: Now one more person in their so called customer support said that returning of my authorisation hold can take up to 30 business days for the cards issued outside USA. WTH???????

Never buying from Sephora again. I ordered a skin fix moisturizer off of the website and the order failed, but they took my money anyways. This was June 29 and I've just heard I'm not getting my 68$ back until July 7th. This is outrageous it takes two seconds to take my money but 5-7 business days just to get it back? I even took this up with customer service multiple times and escalated the situation to management and they did absolutely nothing. I told them I would never be buying from Sephora ever again because of this and they told me essentially to go suck an egg. I'll only be shopping at Ulta from now on where they actually care about their customers.

Have a Sephora card now in credit card heaven , ordered Tom ford hombre leather for Christmas . Decided to finally use a spray look at bottle and top is puddles , not just puddles but moving the bottle and it spilled , spray bottles shouldn’t spill . Bad seal probably bad business not to offer exchange and keep a good CC customer but instead the man allowed me to hang up and cut that card up . 150 bucks wasted. , thousands in cc purchases and to let one faulty nozzle loose all that future business , it’s how it starts one bad review then another and y’all be down there with kohls .Sephora was great one stop , but no biggie just order direct now. The fella on phone should of asked what my account name was before letting a cc spender leave . I don’t bluff I love to recycle bad business . I’d leave pics of the cologne puddling out of bottle but no where too upload . Thanks and be cautious when buying through big box online . With the Covid labor shortages the workers are tired over worked and I’m sure not all packages are treated so well . But bad business is bad business and this was strike 2 Strike 2 is cheaper than strike 3

Dopo 15 anni di tessera black faccio un ordine online per usufruire di un codice sconto pur stando fuori città. Scelgo l'unica opzione disponibile: ritiro presso un negozio Sephora. Il giorno dopo l'ordine mi viene annullato perché NESSUN PRODOTTO era disponibile nel punto vendita, nemmeno quelli Sephora!! Chiamo il numero verde per lamentarmi di questo, del fatto che non sono stata avvisata e che invece di uno sconto analogo mi sia stata offerta la spedizione gratuita. A me, che non avevo mai fatto un ordine online. Non mi vengono offerte alternative, né soluzioni: così funziona l'acquisto online ed ho perso lo sconto. Per me, prima e ultima volta.

Ich habe Anfang Juni mehrere Artikel Bestellt unter anderem auch den neuen Dyson Airwrap Complete. Leider fehlte der Dyson in meinem Paket. Nach langem Kampf, habe ich eine Eidesstattliche Versicherung abgeben dürfen, danach erhielt ich eine Erstattungsbestätigung. Das Problem allerdings ist , dass auch ein Monat später keine Erstattung erfolgte. Ich habe Anzeige bei der Polizei erstattet. Die KKin meinte es sei Warenbetrug . Anzeige wurde gegen den Geschäftsführer Herrn Björn Überschär Erstattet! Paypal wurde ebenso eingeschaltet ! Ich rate jedem dazu das gleiche zu tun! Ich hoffe ich erhalte mein Geld zurück ! Einfach nur traurig und Fassungslos!

Ich bestellte bei Sephora mehrere Produkte. Die Lieferung erfolgte innerhalb von zwei Tagen. Das Päckchen war vorbildlich gepackt, ohne überflüssigen Verpackungsmüll. Die Preise sind extrem fair. Klare Empfehlung!

Ho acquistato online il set di Rituals e ho richiesto la confezione regalo e il biglietto di auguri. Lo scatolo del set è arrivato tutto squarciato. Della confezione regalo e del biglietto, nemmeno l'ombra. Mi serviva per un regalo di compleanno. Adesso cosa dovrei fare? Dovrei incartare il set con la carta di Natale? E per giunta dovrei consegnarlo alla mia amica tutto rotto? Nemmeno se lo avessi recuperato da una bancarella al mercato. Non comprerò mai più. Le altre profumerie sono molto più accurate.

I recently visited Val d’ Europe in France and was really upset with the dreadful service I received in the Sephora shop. I was totally ignored and felt very embarrassed with the way I was treated. I love the make up and have bought in several shops but I think this is the worst one. Good training and better managers are needed. I was also in Florida recently and the service was not any better there either, very disappointed.
