Utterly Crap service. Part of an order turned up. Badly packaged and dented. The rest hasnt arrived. I contacted them after a fortnight with no response. Contacted again tonight but haven't got my hopes up. WTH is going on I thought Sephora was a reputable brand Never again.

No customer service I’ve no idea where my parcel is!! Had email on 9 Jan saying my parcel had been despatched & tracked delivery takes 2-3 days. Text from EVRi on 11 Jan saying delivery would be between 14:00 & 15:00. Today is 18 Jan and still no parcel. Sent Sephora a message on Sunday evening, they haven’t even had the courtesy to reply. This is first time I’ve placed an order and it certainly will be the last.

I would put no stars, ordered item 2/12/22 as of 18/1/23 still not arrived after numerous chasing emails and live chats. Just received a refund 3 pound less than I paid. DO NOT use the company awful, never experience customer service like it

I have ordered from Sephora in the past with no issues. However, ordered a perfume on Christmas day. Received an email to say it had been dispatched the following day. Evri received it for delivery on 28th and then no further information. Difficult to contact Sephora customer service. Online chat was unavailable at the time and email responses from them mentioned they were busy and would get in touch. Eventually raised a PayPal dispute by which time Sephora had been in touch and dispatched my order again. Thankfully this was received. However, I left a not very positive review for Sephora to which they responded with a £5 discount voucher on 15 Jan. Had loads of issues logging in on the app. Password reset requested 4 times, nothing received. Eventually logged in on pc and re set password. Placed items in basket and entered the £5 off voucher code. Would you believe it expired within 24 hours? Have sent several emails to Sephora about this since 16th January but no response as yet. It is the 18th today. I will not be ordering from them from here on. Very frustrated that the only way you can contact them is via email (which they don't respond to) or online chat (which is either unavailable or you are left in a long queue) or Twitter (which I don't have an account for).

Customer service is non existent since the takeover. Still waiting for a response on why my parcel contained a dirty half used vape juice and had been tampered with! Not using the products for obvious reasons. Absolutely disgusting, would suggest using ANY alternative suppliers over these. Shame as never had any issues with feel unique.

I have been trying to return a faulty diffuser for over a month. Customer service asked me to send a video, which I did, then have waited 15 days for a response, just to have them say they have passed it on to the concession brand. When a electrical item comes faulty and you send proof, why can't they just issue a refund.

Habe bei Sephora letzte Woche bestellt und ist nach 5 Tagen wie angekündigt angekommen. Auch die 3 Tester waren dabei, also bin sehr zufrieden - werde wieder dort bestellen.

My parcel is either lost or stolen by the courier for over two weeks already, I tried contact Sephora twice on emails and naturally it's all been ignored and there's no other way I could get any help from them at all. They also have diligently turned off their online chat service too. It is my first time using this website and I should have known better to avoid them at all costs, given the reviews here it seems like my experience with them is the norm of their behaviour - they took their money and whether you are happy or having problems is none of their concerns. Please do not buy from them.
