I went in for a specific tinted moisturizer that I saw in Allure. Sales rep then took me to one she liked better. She then said another lady would do the color match to my face of the two products and see which one I liked better. Well the one I went in for was exactly what I wanted after seeing the two, and then the 2nd lady told me I owed an additional $60 for the service. I’m still shocked! I’ve matched it to the back of my hand for 25 years just fine. When I said I didn’t ask for this “service” they said they could give me a store credit for $30 for a future purchased. Very very lame, Sephora…. I’ll order direct from the company that makes it next time and not even leave my house. I gave it 1 star bc negative stars wasn’t an option!

Die Produkte haben eine sehr gute Qualität. Die Pinsel sind sehr weich und verbünden das Make-up sehr gut, auch die Fondation ist perfekt, sie setzt sich nirgends ab und hat ein gutes finish.

Sono cliente già da un po'. Ho avuto un grosso problema con un pacco consegnatomi ed il servizio clienti è stato efficacissimo: hanno risposto subito alla mia mail e nel giro di tre giorni hanno risolto tutto! Eccellenti!

Don’t buy from this company ordered 2 bottles of perfume received one the other was being dispatched from a different company which I did not know I have tried every way possible to contact Sephora on numerous occasions but have had no response Rip off company

I ordered from their website and my package never arrived. They are refusing to give me my money back because I took to long to tell them.

Kundenservice ist unter aller s.. …,ich habe die Ware vor 4 1/2 wochen zurück geschickt seit 4 Wochen sehe ich anhand der Sendungsverfolgung das das Paket bei Sephora eingegangen ist, nach mehr maligem Nachfragen per Telefon und Email was denn jetzt mit meinem Geld ist bekam ich immer wieder die Antwort „wir müssen uns im Lager erkundigen wir melden uns dann“ darauf hin bekam ich aber nie wieder eine Antwort also zack wieder angerufen und wieder das selbe heute 09.02.23 nach 4 1/2 Wochen bekomm ich eine email ich solle doch das Produkt innerhalb 14 Tagen zurück schicken und dann bekäme ich mein Geld obwohl das Paket schon seit 4 Wochen dort angekommen ist, tut mir leid es so hart aus zu drücken aber ein dümmeren und schlechteren Kundenservice habe ich noch nie im Leben getroffen und kann diesen online shop somit auch überhaupt nicht empfehlen, denn bezahlen muss man ja auch immer sofort aber wenn es darum geht das man als Kunde sein Geld zurück bekommt Katastrophe!!!
