I ordered some skincare and website informed me that %15 off with code. I was unable to add this code. Live chat was unable to chat, so all in all a rubbish experience. Had to cancel my order as feel this is a scam!

La mia esperienza non riguarda i prodotti bensì i negozi in se stessi . Compro da Sephora da svariati anni , non ho mai trovato un punto vendita aprire puntuale ... Ti guardano da dentro continuano a sistemare e non si filano nessuno che e fuori Bha assurdo !!!

Employees in the store are often knowledgeable and kind, but unfortunately also often impatient, anxious, and put-on, signs of careless leadership. The online experience is not inline with companies of this kind and size. The website and app are riddled with glitches and if the design is intentional, guides the customer to err and spend. When the purchasing and checkout process was so labyrinth I missed the deadline of a sale by 4 minutes, I was charged full price. A customer service supervisor refused to give the sale price and return the funds to my card. She offered the $80 difference as store credit I must spend or lose in 30 days and suggested I “write corporate.”

Would rate it one star if I could. Received an email saying if I download their app I’ll receive 15%. Tried inputting the code it never worked. The. Saw they are giving a 15% off for bank holiday. Input that code. That also did not work. Then received an email today saying we are giving 20% of first purchases. Tried using that. The website recognised the code but didn’t deduct anything from the amount that was due. No online chat available, no phone number. Avoid!

Poor service. Products not received a month later I have sent 3 emails and called and have heard nothing!

Acquisto spesso da Sephora e sono titolare di una carta Gold ma ogni mese che passa i prezzi aumentano e diminuiscono i vantaggi. Di solito acquisto via app e tutto sommato la consegna è veloce e soddisfacente ma nei negozi è sempre peggio. Molti prodotti non sono disponibili, offerte un po’ farlocche per non parlare del “regalo” in occasione del compleanno. Quest’anno non ho potuto usufruirne perché la prima volta che mi sono recata in negozio la scelta era limitata e quando sono tornata ho scoperto di aver terminato il tempo x utilizzare l’offerta. Nonostante la commessa abbia provato, contattando il servizio clienti, non mi è stato concesso nulla. Pessimo davvero.

I've been Shopping in Sephora for quite a while now in different places across USA.My purchased items are rarely under 200usd.I am a rouge member, I never returned an item,never had issues with orders or purchasing online.This Sephora event I've decided to try same say delivery as I was going to arrive to Los Angeles after the saving events.Well, the order was not delivered, there is no receipt or proof of delivery, no tracking number;they are using a third party for this deliveries and they take no accountability when things go wrong.They accused me of having multiple accounts and had previous issues with orders and because they offered assistance in those times they won't now . The only other acc I have is with Sephora UAE and again never returned or had any customer service interactions. Extremely disappointed in how this was handled and if there was a proof of delivery my issue would have been with the hotel but in this situation Sephora is responsible of providing the service, as a customer I shouldn't be worried they are using a third party for this, as per the customer service they had issues with drivers stealing the parcels .Final decision was to brush me off with some point to my acc,no refund nor any other form of resolution for a 380 USD order .
