Really slow customer service responses. I have been in touch regarding a missing delivery that I have never received, and their responses are incredibly slow and so the process of getting it sorted is really slow. I just want my money back for my undelivered parcel.

Okay I’m not actually giving them ANY stars but a lot of these complaints are because your on Sephora.com …. A scam website of Sephora.co.uk (if your in the uk I’m not sure what the official website is for USA) but just know, before you bash the brand Sephora you bought off of a fake website. So of course your orders not turning up half the products on there are dead stock which haven’t been sold legitimately in A WHILE!!! Watch out and if a website looks a bit messy in the way things are set out or ridiculously cheap always see if your on the legitimate site!

Habe am 27.03.2023 etwas im Wert von über 90 Euro gekauft und 2 Produkte retourniert. Habe auch die Bestätigung bekommen und im Profil bei den Bestellungen steht ''Erstattet'' allerdings stimmt das nicht. Ich hab bis heute 08.05.2023 KEINE Rückerstattung erhalten!!! Habe bereits 3 mal den Kundenservice angeschrieben und bekomme keine Antwort. Die Retoure ging am 03.04.23 bei Sephora ein, heiißt ich warte schon seit über einen Monat.

Uselsss, this is the second order that never turned up, ordered 2 and a half weeks ago 20 April and supposedly ‘out for delivery’ whenever I have checked the tracking details, it has still not arrived, I would like a refund now if anyone from Sephora can arrange this for me? FN70114067

UNA VERGOGNA! Cliente da anni da quando Sephora era solo in USA e oggi solo ancora per pochi articoli loro e solo quando ci sono gli sconti in quanto il loro sconto equivale al costo normale del prodotto. Sono carissimi. Ultimamente ho fatto un ordine online. Prodotti mai arrivati e nessuno mi avvisa di nulla. Chiamo il servizio clienti: il corriere ha trovato il portone chiuso e il pacco non lo consegnano piu. Ma esiste ancora qualcuno che vende online e si appoggia a poste italiane? Ordino tutto online, mai mai mai successo! Avevano il mio recapito e orari apertura. Prodotti non arrivati e sconto perso. Servizio vergognoso nel 2023! Mai piu Sephora!!!!! Se non avessi chiamato non avrei avuto neanche il rimborso!!!!!!! E quanto tempo perso!

Absolute joke of a company. I placed an order online and received one of two items. Have been trying to arrange a refund for the missing product for two weeks and not getting anywhere. I doubt I’ll see anything refunded. I just want a refund for the stuff they never sent me that I paid for? Shouldn’t be too difficult? I wish I had read reviews online before purchasing! Will never purchase from Them again. Honestly, Save your money and shop at Mecca’s instead!
