Mi sento molto meno a disagio nell’ espormi poiché mi sento molto a mio agio con me stessa, finalmente mi vedo bene !

Sephora is my go-to online shop when I need to buy some presents for my girlfriend. They have all the renowned cosmetics brands. And I can buy stuff at a great discount. Although I really don’t understand how in the world lipstick can cost more than €45?!😱

#59862587144, An order number that was not delivered and customer service has denied any compensation or liability. P.S. After writing a review, the package was found and delivered. It took a long time, but it's nice to know that the problem was solved. Today I made another order on the sefora website. I hope that such a situation will not arise and I will be a regular customer of this online store.

Werde nieeee wieder hier bestellen!!

Worst company. Taking them to small claims. I have a missing package. USPS delivered someone else's package to me and Sephora is refusing to replace it and have asked me to deal with USPS which is impossible. They have taken 0. Accountability and were incredibly rude.

Very poor customer service. I made an order but part of it was delivered. Sephora has no customer service contact number and all queries are relayed through automated computer responses intended to frustrate customers.
