Can we ‘PLEASE’ for the love of god, take cue from ULTA & create a more relaxed feel in Sephora. It’s 2024 and we still have more employees walking the floor then we have products. Walking into a Sephora is so utterly uncomfortable. We want to shop…. Not be babysat

After reading the reviews on here (after I had already placed an order), I was really concerned I’d made a big mistake. I placed my order with Sephora as the product I wanted (bareMinerals) was quite a bit cheaper here but having read the reviews, I was skeptical as to whether I’d actually receive it. I placed the order on Sunday 24th March and I received a dispatch notification on Tuesday 26th March. My order was then delivered by Evri on Thursday 28th March. So the whole process took 4 working days. The product I received was the correct one I’d ordered and arrived in sealed packaging. I was pleasantly surprised given all of the bad reviews but based on this experience, I would happily order from here again.

Ho fatto ordine online e dopo 15gg mi sono recata allo store dove avevo chiesto la consegna (Busnago) dato che dal sito mi davano il pacco come consegnato. La commessa (peraltro anche poco gentile...) mi dice che non è possibile perché non fanno il ritiro presso lo store (non è la prima volta che acquisto e ho sempre ritirato li..). Chiamo il numero verde che mi dice che c'è stato un problema e se voglio mi fanno rimborso. Azienda poco seria, non acquisterò più nulla da Sephora

buongiorno, ho fatto il mio ordine in data 08/02/2024 con pagamento paypal ed era andato a buon fine. il giorno successivo i arriva la notifica dell'accredito dell'importo pagato del mio ordine. chiamo il servizio clienti e mi dicono di rifare l'ordine perché il sistema aveva avuto dei problemi e in automatico aveva cancellato l'ordine.. la settimana dopo mi sono arrivati entrambi gli ordini addebitati sul mio conto paypal. in data 29/02 effettuato il reso a oggi 28/03 non mi hanno effettuato ancora il rimborso.

On my first purchase from Sephora I spent around $200 on an eyeshadow palette which arrived already used. It took around one month & multiple follow ups to receive a refund on the returned item. That was a couple of years ago. Since then, I get emailed voucher codes. Every time I have tried to use these codes, they don't work. So, I never purchased anything from them again. Tried again today to resolve an issue with a voucher I received two days ago. Glad that I stopped in here and can see that I'm not alone.

Sephora centro commerciale centrosarca sesto san Giovanni milano, puoi essere chi vuoi, vestito come vuoi, anche bene, che poi non sarebbe un motivo anzi, ma ogni volta che entri in questo posto vieni braccato e seguito dalle commesse e dall addetto alla sicurezza africano e dalle commesse che ti seguono in ogni tua mossa come se fossi entrato per rubare, volevo fare dei test per sentire i profumi per decidere cosa comprare ma ti fanno passare totalmente la voglia trattando semplici clienti come malviventi

Ho eseguito un ordine online e sono ormai due settimane che attendo! E’ pietoso non solo ho telefonato scritto e nemmeno loro sanno come fare intanto i soldi se li tengono sicuramente ha perso una cliente

Every time I purchase multiple items to activate an offer with free gift (with the item in my basket at time of purchase) sephora never deliver the free gift and by the time my confirmation email comes through the free gift disappears. I have tried to contact Sephora about this on multiple occasions and they either never responded failed to resolve the issue. This has now happened multiple times. I would like to point out that the offer is still active on their website so it is clearly not the case they they have run out….This is false advertising and poor (non existent) customer service. Really disappointed in this brand. They do not live up to the hype
