Seems like their loyalty programme is just a way to get you to buy with them and then they tell you upon dispatch that they are out of stock of the loyalty item. This has happened 3 times now I'll not be using sephora again. I could have saved even more money with Look Fantastic so folks don't waste your time with Sephora.

I placed an order for some Christmas gifts. When I received the order it was missing an aftershave set. Immediately I tried contacting them by email & social media. The staff answering the social media replied quickly but never made any attempt to resolve it, just asked if the box was damaged. It wasn’t, the aftershave set had not been sent. Anyway a few days later I received an email stating I would get a partial refund. Excuse me??? I want what I paid for it. So far there have been no replies to emails or their social media. I definitely won’t buy another thing from this company but tbh if I had read some of the reviews before placing an order & wouldn’t have bought from them in the first place!

I placed an order on 26 November. It has not been delivered. Sephora indicated the order was shipped on 27 November. To this date (6 December) it has not been received. My order number FN86341608 was to the value of £80.91 and I am not happy. I have written to Sephora twice, but have received no acknowledgment, nor reply, nor refund! I shall avoid Sephora in the future! Their follow-up Customer Service is non existent!

Grande Giulia.

Awful experience. Paid for next-day delivery, but a week later, there's still no sign of the goods. Customer service is impossible to contact, and they don’t respond. AVOID!!!
