They have the worst return policy! I purchased an almost $200 hair dryer set as a birthday/Christmas present. It was purchased early November and later in the month they said they were extending the return policy from 30 days to 60 days for the holidays. I held onto the gift until Christmas since the announcement of the return policy change. I ended up returning it before 60 days and they would not refund my credit card. It took almost 20 days for it to be delivered once I shipped it back. They said even if it had made it back it wouldn’t have matter because they were allowing returns to 60 days but only refining if returned before 30 days. The Christmas return policy is so misleading. My other issue is they make it so difficult to find the credit within the app. I had to call customer service and they had to walk me through finding it. It really is in the most obscure place. I’ll never shop there again after I use up my credit!

Ho avuto un'esperienza estremamente deludente con Sephora Italia. Ho ricevuto un prodotto scaduto e, dopo aver inviato le foto per segnalare il problema, mi è stato comunicato che dovevo fare il reso da sola: compilare i moduli, andare in ufficio postale e perdere tempo per un errore loro. Trovo davvero assurdo che debba affrontare tutta questa procedura, considerando che sono una cliente con carta Gold e non posso semplicemente portare il prodotto in uno store Sephora per risolvere la situazione. Mi è stato inoltre detto che dovrei pagare io le spese di spedizione per il reso e che sarei stata rimborsata successivamente. Un trattamento del genere non è assolutamente accettabile. Consiglio a chi acquista di controllare con attenzione la scadenza dei prodotti, perché il servizio clienti non è assolutamente all'altezza delle aspettative.

J’ai passer commande le 27 décembre 2024, j’ai reçu ma commande le 3 janvier 2025. Le 9 janvier j’entame un retour de ma commande. Donc le 9 janvier je dépose mon colis à la poste belge. Jusque là tout est ok, sauf que voilà que nous somme le 18 février 2025, que je n’ai toujours autant remboursement alors que sur le site de la poste française le colis est notée comme livré depuis déjà le 13 janvier 2025. Je contact sephora, ils me disent qu’ils n’ont pas reçu mon retour et donc ne pouvais pas me rembourser tant qu’ils n’ont pas reçu le colis. Sauf que du coup j’aimerai savoir comment pourrai t’il recevoir un colis qui a déjà été « livré », je dois attendre encore combien de temps pour avoir enfin mon remboursement? De même sephora me dis que mon colis est indiquée comme « retour à l’expéditeur » depuis le 13 janvier. Donc cela fait plus d’un mois que rien n’avance, j’ai beau contacter sephora ils ne me sont d’aucune aide, ne veulent pas me rembourser sans colis alors que le colis a été livré. Donc j’aimerai savoir si quelqu’un sais se que je peux faire dans se type de cas. En tout cas plus jamais
