We purchased Senior Safety for my mother-in-law, who is 81 and lives alone nearly an hour away from us. She has fallen out of bed or in her house a couple of times and has been unable to pull herself up. We got Senior Safety and a pendant a few weeks ago, and she had to use it last night when she fell out of bed again. The paramedics were there quickly, and within 20 minutes we had been notified that she was fine and did not need to go to the ER. We feel so much more confident, knowing someone is looking out for her when we are so far away. Thank you!

So far so good. Had a follow-up call for a possible problem we did not have a way of knowing. Very good monitoring of the system.
