Before purchasing, I called several times and had lots of questions. The phone was answered promptly and all the reps I have talked to were exceptionally helpful. We have not yet done the setup as I live in a different state than my father but I plan to visit him and install it this week and expect no issues!

Every thing went perfect. The shipment was quick and the activation was easy. My only concern was how quickly the battery on the device ran out. I charged it fully and less than 24 hours i got the message to recharge. That does not seem efficient to me. Otherwise, I'm fully satisfied. Was contacted by a representative who advised me on a way to solve my problem. It made sense so I’ll follow the recommendations. Thanks

To ensure that you can go all day without needing to take your device off to charge, we recommend charging it at night when you go to sleep so that it's fully charged by morning and will last the entire day (or more). If your concerns about recharging grow, please give us a call to discuss other possible options. Take care! SS

All customer service members were very nice to work with. I suggest you put more instructions with the unit. The on off button was not explained, the recharge instructions were confusing and the boss noise is still hard to interpret.
