We are just getting started. The whole process so far has be easy and straight forward. Telephone conversations were pleasant and very professional. Equipment arrived as promised and setup was easy. Hopefully we will never use the service, but am confident that use will also be professional.

I have had nothing but the best experience with the folks at Senior Safety. Their customer service department is very helpful, and they go out of their way to assist you. I would recommend them highly in the event you need assistance for your elderly folks

After looking at available options, ordered this system for my mother after the loss of my father. During the test call with my mother, the system failed to connect with the call center. The system then tied up the phone line rendering the phone inoperable, until I disconnected the system from the phone and reset the power. When I finally did reach someone in the call center to discuss the issue, they were dismissive and kept “talking over” me...refused to listen. Will be packing it up and returning it...I have zero confidence that this will meet my mother’s needs.

Hi Eric, I'm sorry to hear about this situation that you're describing and more so for you and your mother as I'm sure you both are going through a lot right now. When first setting up the system, there can sometimes be some kinks that need worked out and calling our customer service line if that happens is recommended. We include our phone number on the instruction manual to encourage our customers to call us if they are experiencing any problems when setting it up. Regarding the response you received from the operator, I will listen to the call to get a better idea about how it was handled. It is possible that the two of you may have been trying to speak at the same time and the operator could not hear the questions that you were asking. After reviewing the event history on your mother's account, I see that the system is connected properly and working as it should. If you would like to disconnect it and return it, we understand. Please give our customer service number a call so that we can help you disconnect and power down the unit and provide you with the address to return the equipment. If you wish to speak with me directly, please ask for Casey and I will be glad to help. Take care, Casey Senior Safety
