I bought this system for my mom. She only had it for two days when she fell (she can’t get up by herself). She used her alert button and was able to let the operator know that she needed assistance. They called me immediately and said she was asking for me. They also called her back to make sure I had arrived there, and then called back a little later to make sure we didn’t need an ambulance or other assistance. This system worked exactly like it should.

My experience with Senior Safety has been A+. The customer service is one of the nicest I've ever dealt with. Their patience and expertise is tops.
