The set up process was super easy. I love all of the safety questions that was asked and the unexpected Vial of Life papers I received. It made me feel much more secure that if in an emergency, if God forbid I wasn’t able to provide pertinent information, that the Emergency Response people would have all of my relevant information. The response was so quick when I did the test. It was loud where where I am in my apartment, I should be able to hear it.

You guys are fantastic !!! My 98 year old father in law, an Iwo Jima survivor, kept wanting to drive his car even though we told him we thought it not a good idea given his memory issues. He took the car out anyway and got lost for 3 hours. We were concerned that this might happen and had put the senior safety security device with Gps in his car just in case. Thanks to you all and law enforcement we were able to track him, resulting in a safe and happy ending to what could have been a not so happy ending. He now agrees with us that he shouldn't drive. He donated the vehicle to disabled veterans of America and has now moved into assisted living where he is very happy. I can't tell you how great your emergency response team is. Thank you thank you thank you. We will do commercials for you any day of the week!

We were having problems trying to set up the system on our own, so we called for assistance and received excellent step-by-step easy to follow instructions. Personnel was friendly and very accommodating/knowledgeable in answering our questions. Thank you for excellent customer service.

I did a lot of research and found Senior Safety to be the best. Word of advice to anyone shopping online. The "Top Ten" or "Best of 2021" websites cannot be trusted because the companies ranked there pay to appear on those websites. It's written in the fine print of those websites if you read closely.

Arrived quickly, fairly easy to install, didn't read carefully enough about functionality of lockbox, but when called, was helped very politely. My mom, Donna, just doesn't want to be in the place to have to use it. ;-)

this device took more than a week to arrive. Once the device was set up in activated on its own for no apparent reason. The voice on the monitor said to isolate it and do not touch it anymore.
