just got the system & hooked up to moms place dont know how the "service as far as it working" until ma has a chance to use it for a week or two i got rid of Life Alert due to the fact that ma had problems for a whole year with them they SHOULD have replaced the base & battery as thats all it did was keep beeping & talking enough was enough so im assuming that your company will be Great for this i'll be in touch mas paid till Feb 2021

After starting with a dozen companies who provide the services I was evaluating for my father (i.e. BBB ratings, # of complaints over the past 3 years, serious complaints, customer reviews on various web sites (i.e. TrustPilot)), I narrowed my search to 4, then 3, then 2. I spoke to each of the remaining companies and, after discussing my father's needs and my additional requirements, I selected Senior Safety. They are a highly rated company and, very important, not a large corporation. Although I was part of senior management with a major corporation, I prefer to work with smaller companies on issues like support for my father. I was impressed with the company and the personnel I spoke with. I look forward to receiving the equipment and having Dad begin to use it.
