Hi, I called after researching some systems for myself. This company stood out. The man I talked to was very helpful and said if I have any questions don't hesitate to call. Big selling feature, it's here in the good old USA! The equipment arrived within 5 days, its hooked up, very simple to do. I tested it and it is up and running. I really recommend this company for anyone who lives alone and is elderly or has trouble with mobility. I got it for myself, age 69, because my mother has dementia and if I fall, there isn't anything she could do to help.

Customer service was exceptional. Delivery was very fast. Set up was very easy. Very user friendly. My only issue is when speaking to an operator through the device the volume is good however when volume is up high, communication is somewhat distorted and a little difficult for mom to hear the operator speaking through the device . The peace of mind is well worth the very reasonable price! I would recommend this service!
