When I signed up for the Senior Safety, it came very quickly and was very easy to install. When I called with a question, the person that I spoke to answered my questions and was so nice. Also its so nice to speak to someone that I could understand. I would recommend Senior Safety to anyone who has a loved one that would need this service.

This system was recommended by a friend who uses it for her mother, and there's never been an issue the 3 times her mom pushed the button. The representatives I spoke with were helpful, informative, and answered my questions knowledgably. The system arrived 2 days after ordering. I live a distance from my mom and don't have her on-line yet, but will next week. I don't expect there to be an issue, and if there is I'll post another review. So far, highly recommend.

Casey was so helpful in my decision to go with Senior Safety for my Dad. He is 96 and can’t see well enough to use a phone in case he needs help. I also like the idea that me or my siblings can be called before EMS to make sure what his needs are. The set up was easy and everyone was so helpful.

Once I got in contact with the right person, everything was good. When I first plugged it in, I got a call that said I was all set. But I wasn't. I made another phone call that the girl was GREAT! She had me push some buttons that really set me up.
