Our experience with the Senior Safety has been excellent. Customer service on the business side has always been prompt to handle any equipment questions or issues that required replacement. The alert team always handled emergency situations very quickly and professionally. They promptly included family members in all situations whether emergency medical response was required or not. As our Senior Safety service was no longer needed for our parents living in separate homes, customer service was quick to handle the return of equipment for each account and complete refunds for unused service. I would not hesitate to refer friends and family to the Senior Safety Program.

It was very easy to find out about Senior Safety and to purchase the alert package. Everybody has been so helpful, kind and knowledgeable. The only problem I encountered was when I tested the system for the first time after set up. I wanted to change my PIN for the lockbox. I told the person on the phone after testing. She asked what PIN I wanted to change it to and just told me to enter the new code into the lockbox and I would be all set. Well, I had trouble getting the lockbox to close and lock. I tried the old code, nothing! I had to call customer service and was told that the people answering the "test" alarm calls didn't know anything about the correct way to change the PIN. Therefore the lockbox was locked and there was no way to open it. Customer service told me the proper way to change the PIN and that she would be sending me a new lockbox and that she had changed the PIN to the code I wanted. So here I am; waiting for the new box to arrive so I can put my key in it and place it outside for emergency responders to access my house without breaking a window or a door. Thank God I hadn't put a key into the box when it locked for good!!! Hopefully everything will go smoothly going forward.
