Fast response Professionalism

Dad only lived with us 3 months but his medical alert system was used many times. Always courteous reps and efficient help. Sadly Dad passed away last Sunday and I had to return my unit. From customer service straight to the end of our use - all we’re highest rating and five stars for sure! Thank you

If I had to pick, I would say customer service. Everyone has been fantastic.

The representative that I spoke with was very polite and helpful.

When I called, they were very helpful. I told them I was doing research for my cousin and they gave me all the information I needed. When we made the decision to purchase and I called and placed the order and the unit was mailed out right away. Set up was easy. My cousin is not protected.
