My sisters and I signed up our 90 year old mother with Senior Safety and we sleep so much better now. The process was quick and simple. The customer service rep was so helpful and personable. When the equipment arrived at my mom’s apartment (in 2 days), her neighbor hooked her up in about 15 minutes. We pray our Mom will never need to use it, but I believe it is better to have it and not need it rather than need it and not have it.

Choosing a company for a parents security is a scary endeavor. I called twice and my questions were answered with kindness and understanding. I liked that there was no contract since we were thinking of a short term need. We received it in 2 days. It was easy to install and check the line. We are happy with the prompt response after accidentally pushing the call button not once but 3 times. Each time was answered by a kind understanding person. So glad we found you. The previous company we were using had issues getting a new pennant to us, over two weeks and no pennant. I called Senior Safety on a Thursday and Friday I had the new device. Very friendly people to deal with, easy set up, testing and very nice person to take down the information about how to get in the house. Also a better value!
