I'm very impressed! So far the team at Senior Safety have been extremely helpful and customer oriented. Their equipment works as advertised. My mother has struggled to understand how it works, and she pressed the button accidentally in the wee hours of the morning. They assured her and my father that all is well...it's NEVER a problem to press the button. These folks are professionals. It's been less that a week, and I already feel like they are part of our family!

System was easy to set up for my elderly parents. Responder was nice and helpful when testing the equipment.

Customer service was prompt, pleasant and easy to use.
