Here's a detailed accounting of my experience on DS-01. Symptoms: I have clinically diagnosed acid reflux and take omeprazole for it daily. It is managed but have the expected triggers like eating too much, tomatoes, spicy food and more. Additionally, I have self diagnosed lactose intolerance. That said, I eat cheese and yogurt on a regular basis, and depending on the quantity it is not an issue. But a fast food milkshake or a double scoop of ice cream and I'll be running for the bathroom within hours. I don't know if there is any clinical term for the unpleasant gurgly and reflux type feelings I frequently get eating too much sugar, but I don't listen to my body on that one as I love cake, pie, cookies and more. Finally, my stomach always seems to be doing something irritating. It is either hungry or full or gurgling or somewhere in between. I couldn't tell you the last time my stomach was in a neutral state. Plus, the constant and loud gas all day and night. It could get challenging and uncomfortable with significant bloating being in places like a theater or conference for work. What I've tried: At one point or another, I've tried all the over the counter stuff from Tums to anti-gas pills to lactose aiding tablets. For a while I was using Zypan and that helped digestion for a short while. Every time I try a probiotic I think, why did I buy this, it isn't doing anything except maybe the first day I felt better. Nothing I've tried has helped that much or would be considered a long term solution (except the probiotic). The best I have ever felt was for 20 minutes immediately after my colonoscopy last year. So Why Seed? At first I was skeptical because it is another probiotic & expensive, but I've never tried one that is a double capsule that claims to get all the way to the colon. It worked in Seed's favor that I had a promo through Capital One for significant cash back that persuaded me to try it (although that hasn't paid out yet). The First 10 days: That was different. My body felt sensations, sometimes moderate pain, and "bubbles" for a lack of a better term throughout my torso. During the first 2-3 days I thought about stopping for these feelings and the fact that really, really smelly poop was a side effect. But I stuck through it. Days 11-90: I'm at the tail end of this period right now and have reached a point to renew. What I've observed is less bloating discomfort. For me, that hasn't meant no gas, but it's been more manageable and more concentrated to the early morning and late night. There have been exceptions, but it has mostly been reliable that within 2-3 hours of taking my Seed in the morning I am ready to poop. Sometimes it's tiny, but I always feel better afterwards. There were a few weeks in here that I'd eat breakfast, feel uncomfortable and close to painful digestive feelings, then poop and feel great. Nearly every time after my morning poop I get hungry. During occasions in which I ate too much, in the past I would easily not be hungry until late morning or even lunch. On Seed I've found much better overnight digestion and have woken up hungry on many mornings where that was not previously the case. Another side benefit has been better lactose tolerance, although I've not pushed the limits and eaten things from my past which have caused major issues. A couple of unadvertised surprises for you. I'm using less toilet paper as ejections are pretty clean and I'm finding my poop to not be smelly. Final Thoughts: It's not magic. I have not gained 80% stomach neutrality which would be a dream, but it has made working out a bit easier due to less food based stomach agitation. I used to always have to exercise on a near empty stomach to avoid major cramps. Most days pooping requires a fair bit of effort, but once done, there is a sense of relief. Foods that are naturally constipating, will still be, like rice, but I've found my body tolerates that better and I get something out the next day. What I don't like: -The size of the pills. They are large but do swallow easier than expected in water. -I feel like I'm hungry more often and have possibly gained weight as a result. It is hard to say as there have been other circumstances likely contributing to possible weight gain since I began my Seed regimen, but I'm keeping an eye on this. -It is unclear if the product will continue working for me or if its effectiveness will fade over time. For now, good luck to anyone else whose stomach is their least favorite organ and I hope Seed helps you too.

I ordered seed June 22 and it automatically went through shop.com which many of my supplements go through. Well shop is still waiting for details and seed is saying they have no record of order yet it was deducted from my account. I’m angry and disappointed after I send them all records of order but would not send me another one. I will not reorder and would not recommend this company.

Products constantly arrive damaged and the blame is placed on couriers. The actual issue is how the product is packaged and shipped in flimsy envelopes. Don’t bother.

This product is EXCELLENT. Best probiotic I’ve ever used. I initially had a problem with my subscription and some customer service issues, which is why I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5. The issue was eventually fixed and have had no problems since then.

SEED WORKS! I'm a GLP-1 user and constipation has been wicked over the past 8 months. This past 4 weeks have given me very steady relief to the point where I now expect it every day. Product is not cheap but, for me, reliability out ways the cost.
