This product (DS01) is about the best probiotic I have ever taken for my constipation problem. My only complaint is their refill orders. They ship two stage capsules in a freakin envelope! Who does that? I have yet to receive a complete refill from them because there are always 4-5 capsules broken open throwing powder all over the rest. I have to clean them all off and find the ones that need to be thrown out costing me over $1.00 per capsule. At the price they charge, it’s just too expensive for me. I stopped the subscription and ordered thru Amazon but that only worked for a month. This last refill had 5 broken caps because Amazon sent them in a plastic bag instead of a box or insulated envelope. This has been going on since my first refill almost 6 months ago. I’d LOVE to find a probiotic that was cheaper, effective, and was intelligent enough to realize you don’t mail capsules in an envelope!

While the supplement was great, the subscription service was horrible! I kept getting emails to “update payment” and after I did, I was charged and NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING. When I reached out to customer service, they told me to update my Payment again!!! UHM no- which really sucked because I liked the product too..

Revising this review after customer service reached back out to make things right. I am pleased to say that the right person handled this issue by refunding me for the second order. I have encouraged the company to add at least a chat now option or some way to contact them if a billing issue were to happen such as this. I am thankful for the last email I received and hope that the company will make adjustments to how quickly they respond to issues. Horrible customer service. Really liked the product but can not deal with a company that takes 5 days to respond to an issue their website created. They pushed a double order on me and I tried to cancel since I saw my card get charged twice while I was managing my subscription. No way to get in touch with anyone and then they say oh I can see how this can be confusing but your stuck with 300.00 of product for 6 months. I only needed a 3 month supply and basically they double charged me with no customer service. I will be discontinuing this company since sadly their leadership doesn’t out any effort Into customer service and retaining current users. I would stay away from this and use pendulum probiotics who has fantastic customer service.

Although the probiotics are the original innovative solution for probiotics that actually reach the colon, the subscription is pricey and you're required to join to even be able to buy the product. The probiotics alone are wonderful, it's just the expense of the subscription.

I used for 1 month and keep getting discounts of 50%, so Im not sure what the retail price should be
