Seed has helped me be regular when I haven’t been for years. I also am not bloated after dinner as much when I always was before.

This is the best probiotic I have ever tried. I've tried several other brands and I have spent more money and less money, but none have been as good as this probiotic. I'm very "regular" and very seldom have any digestive or bloating issues. My husband is also taking them and he said he's not nauseous any more.

My digestive issues have improved greatly since starting SEED probiotic. My body seems to love the product. Also the fact that the company is so enviromentally conscious is a huge bonus.
