This Company does not care about its customer's companies. They cost me multiple thousands in revenue due to their incompetence and inability to follow the set protocol and/or actually send the messages from our potential customers to us during their after hours emergencies. Every time we brought up these issues to Securus, they did nothing about it to resolve the issues. We submitted many complaints and finally requested a credit due to the insane amount of money they had cost us in unsent messages, and their offer was to credit us $100. PSSHH! Are you kidding me?!?!?! They charge a lot more than their competitors and offer far worse service. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY!!!!!

This company cost me $17K in sales because they did not notify me of calls. I would have been better using my Voicemail. We got several calls that they incorrectly marked as solicitors and they didn't send us any messages about them. I later found out these were potential clients and bc "we didn't call them back", they went with our competitor. We lost customer, money and they made us look bad as a company. When I called the Securus customer service team to let them know, they didn't care at all. This company does not support small businesses. Stay away.

I started this service, and near the end of the month, I had not used it one time, and decided it really wasn't for me, so I cancelled. They let me know, I would be charged for the next month anyway. With my company, I would issue a full refund for unused services, I don't expect that, but the additional month was unexpected. Make sure this is what you want.

I have to admit, I was a little skeptical at first but couldn't resist the free trial and money back offer if I wasn't happy. It took mayby one week before I fell in love with service... I can write a chapter of good things to say from the customer service to the level of value it brings to our company. Someone at the top of this Securus company knows exactly what their doing. I have been using Securus for a few months now. I love being able to transfer the phones any time I want. They are always very friendly and they treat our customers like their own. They also take very accurate, clear messages. It gives me a great peace of mind knowing they are handling our after hours calls. I highly recommend Securus Contact Systems.
