Before the last billing cycle started, I submitted Multiple support tickets, both through their receptionist and through the online ticket system. No One has ever contacted me, and of course, they took my money again for another month of service.

Used to be good, perhaps even great. Now they routinely miss calls, charges a ton of money, and the service is not the same quality. NO customer service to get to the bottom of my issues. What's going on?
