I run several small companies and signed up with Steve at Securus because of a change in internal staffing. BE AWARE- if you don’t use the service you will still be charged the monthly fee. If you cancel, you will be charged In full for canceling. If this was an ethical company they would not charge for non-usage. I discontinued using the service in late May and they continued to charge my card until late November. I emailed the company today to cancel and their response was, we will continue to charge you until the contractual monthly end date. Nice work Steve, you sucked me into a good one. You should know this: Treat people fair and your company will grow, treat people like you’ve treated me and potentially lose 10 times the business because of a negative review. You can do better and should be doing better.

I called in regarding a few questions I had. The woman who attended me, Vicky, was really attentive, patient, and at the end came up with a resolution with me on the phone. My interaction with her is what costumer service should always be like.

We signed up with them due to large volume of junk calls we getting. They were always professional and really took care of getting the calls to me that were actual business calls. Really takes your business to a new level.

My plumbing company signed up with Securus in late September and we are so pleased with them. Their customer service is beyond anything I have ever experienced. They truly listen to you and solve your problems. I would highly recommend them.

Great company with very good response to my inquiries and requests...they have good service at a good price...what else could be wanted?

Very impressed with Securus, great pricing, they answer our phones professionally and we couldn't be more impressed with the service. Highly recommend to anyone needing some extra help with business calls.

Canceled in writing on 8/20/2019, within 2 weeks of signing up, because their pricing is ridiculous (charge per minute instead of per call, which wasn't disclosed during the initial sales call). The last call they ever answered for me was on 8/19/19. On October 2, they charged me an additional $472.50 for September. I called several times, got the runaround. I emailed several times, no response. These folks have no integrity. Stay away.
